We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Intelligence Project Coordinator to join our TMI office. This role is integral in managing project changes, facilitating meetings, and ensuring the team is prepared for board presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, be adept at data management, and possess excellent organizational skills. You will work closely with a team of 3-4 individuals and support various initiatives that impact the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and assist the TMI office in daily operations and project oversight.
Oversee and facilitate project changes within the environment to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Ensure all materials and data are prepared and accurate prior to board presentations.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, ensuring that all participants are informed and engaged.
Design and coordinate surveys to gather insights and feedback from relevant stakeholders.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all documentation and project tracking.
Focus on data analysis by gathering information from multiple sources, including Jira, and synthesizing it into coherent stories.
Prepare and review documentation for board presentations, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Track project tasks and deliverables, ensuring that timelines are met and that the manager is kept informed of progress.
Collaborate with team members to effectively move projects forward and address any challenges that arise.



Bachelor"s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Less than 2 years of related experience.

  • 10+ years of experience in information technology focused in SAP implementation, support, upgrades, rollouts, release management, and practice setup/management.
  • PMP and/or ITIL certification highly desired.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with full life cycle implementations.
  • Experience with support and maintenance and upgrades.
  • Experience with training and team development.
  • Experience with project planning, execution, change management, and control.
  • Experience with budgeting and cost management.
  • Experience using Project Management tools, MS Projects, and Jira.
  • Good stakeholder and communication management.
  • Experience with strategic sourcing and procurement.
