We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager or Sr Project Manager with experience, who has the ability to manage complex projects while maintaining a positive client/contractor relationship.
Responsibilities

-Oversee 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $15M - $40M+ annually

-Manage the project financials and job budgets & profitability while delivering a quality project

-Lead the project team - client, architect, superintendent, subcontractors, vendors

-Manage schedules, submittals, RFIs & financial reporting, subcontracts, COs, POs, etc. - Managing overall project document control

-Plan and coordinate construction activities

-Evaluate risk
Qualifications 
-Bachelor's degree in construction management, preferred, or degreed in a related field or applicable certification or minimum 5+ recent years of commercial general contracting construction experience.

-Ground up experience of projects from $15M or more
-Ideally looking for local market knowledge but open to relo candidates, too 

-Public and private client experience

-Ability to read and understand construction documents and contracts

-Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, Project, Procore, Bluebeam

-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

-Ability to communicate and plan with engineers, architects and stakeholders

-Willingness to travel a plus
