Requirements:

Job requirements are as follows:

  • Completing projects on time, within budget, and most importantly, satisfying our customers.
  • Communicate accurately and in a timely manner with all departments within Nycom.
  • Capable of understanding architectural plans and specifications; analyzing project scope; scheduling; purchasing; vendor follow-up; submittals; change orders; project close-out.
  • Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction processes.
  • Ability to learn and use construction-related software and digital tools, including common office computer applications.
  • Ability to effectively build solid business relationships with Architects, Facilities Personnel, End Users and General Contractors.
  • Skilled at: understanding architectural plans and specifications; analyzing project scope; scheduling; purchasing; MEP Coordination; vendor follow-up; submittals; change orders; project close-out.
  • Degree from a 4-year college, with preference given to Engineering or Construction Management preferred.

Salary: $72,000 โ€“ 82,000 DOE
