Job description

We Are Hiring

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Facility: Remote in Jacksonville, FL

Schedule: Full - Time

Applicants MUST BE located in Jacksonville, FL

What You Will Do
  • Perform clerical functions related to filing, retrieval and distribution of documents and medical records in the assigned area.
  • Arrange and store incoming records according to procedure/protocol.
  • Find, research, and answer questions about records and files from authorized users. 
  • Purge materials according to file maintenance guidelines and/or legal requirements. 
  • Release information from medical records in response to properly authorized requests.
What You Will Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
