World Travel Holdings is hiring a Graphic Designer to support our B2B Marketing team by creating high-quality, on-brand assets across digital and print channels. You'll design for email, web, social, and sales enablement-turning campaign goals into clear, compelling visuals that drive engagement. You'll partner with marketers and internal stakeholders to concept, produce, and deliver work on deadline in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce creative assets for digital and print initiatives, including email campaigns, landing pages, web/UI assets, social media, event and tradeshow materials, and presentations
  • Own creative execution for email campaigns, including HTML build support, testing, and proofing to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Manage multiple design requests in a high-volume environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Develop concepts and propose creative strategies; participate in critiques and iterate based on feedback
  • Lead projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring consistency with brand standards and guidelines
  • Collaborate with marketing partners and stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide design direction, and secure approvals
  • Use strong planning and project management skills to prioritize work, communicate status, and deliver reliable results
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, web design, or a related field
  • 2+ years of design experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals, creativity, and technical execution
  • Preferred: experience with Bootstrap/Flexbox, JavaScript/jQuery, Salesforce, email testing tools (e.g., Litmus), copywriting, web design, and/or video editing
