• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and the specific needs of your clients.
• Provide individual psychotherapy utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address mental health issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring continuity of care and proper communication with all team members involved in patient treatment.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to facilitate a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s treatment are addressed.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance care quality and share insights with colleagues.
• Stay current with developments in the mental health field by engaging in continuous education and integrating new knowledge into your practice.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Your primary focus will be to create a safe and supportive environment that encourages open communication and healing.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.
• A minimum of three years of experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and evidence-based interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to adapt treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual healthcare services.

The salary for this position ranges from $83,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
