Overview Executive Search Director | Legal | 100% REMOTE from anywhere in the world. Join an established, fully remote legal executive search firm. Leverage your law degree (no practice required!) to place top talent at leading US law firms.

Base pay range : $60,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Salary: base + commission structure discussed with recruiter. What you will do Responsibilities Excel at full-desk recruitment (new client wins & passive candidate sourcing). Place top legal talent at leading US law firms.

Collaborate with a team of 9 and growing in a fully remote environment. What we're looking for Qualifications Preferred but not essential: Have a law degree from a reputable school (no practical experience necessary). Experience in full-desk recruitment and ability to source passive candidates.

Expertise in recruiting for professional industries such as legal, accounting & finance, technology, life sciences, engineering, audit, risk & compliance, or any executive search background. Ability to consistently bill over US$300k annually. Location and work arrangement Work from anywhere in the US/UK (or abroad).
