This role is ideal for someone who regularly works in platforms such as WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, or similar drafting systems, and is comfortable preparing customized estate planning documents with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

  • Review client information and attorney notes to ensure documents are accurate, complete, and aligned with client goals
  • Assist with complex or customized drafting scenarios, including trust provisions, amendments, and restatements
  • Coordinate document revisions and finalize planning packages for execution
  • Support post-execution tasks, including estate funding, document tracking, and follow-up
  • Organize and maintain estate planning files and ensure all documentation is properly stored and accessible
  • Communicate with attorneys and team members to ensure drafting workflows move efficiently

  • Experience in probate or elder law a plus
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required
  • Minimum availability of 20 hours/week
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Experience with Clio or similar systems is a plus
  • Availability during standard business hours (9:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM)
  • Windows-based computer preferred
  • Availability and responsiveness within 1 hour during standard business hours (9:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM)
Why Youโ€™ll Love Working Here
