This position is available across the US as a remote role or within the New York area as a hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office.

We're seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive growth by sourcing and closing new business deals. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Legal, to build strong client relationships and help customers recognize the full value of Brightflag's solutions.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Work closely with marketing and sales development teams to identify new opportunities and ensure a strong pipeline to exceed quotas.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at target accounts via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

  • Navigate complex sales environments to position Brightflag's unique value proposition and close six-figure SaaS deals.

  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and other teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and ensure smooth deal execution.

  • Engage with enterprise prospects to identify business process gaps and demonstrate how Brightflag solves them.

  • Participate in quarterly team summits, industry conferences, and client meetings.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in the role:

  • You have 3+ years experience in SaaS sales position.

  • Proven ability to exceed seven-figure annual sales quotas, with experience selling six-figure SaaS deals in 6+ month sales cycles.

  • Strong background in selling to finance, legal, or procurement teams, preferably in a startup or high-growth tech environment.

  • Technical aptitude and experience working alongside Sales Engineers.

  • Ability to build relationships and navigate complex enterprise structures, often with distributed teams.

  • Passionate, creative, and competitive.

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are driven to win.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Competitive - you want to win and nothing can stop you.

  • Closer - you know how to seal the deal and get people over the finish line.

Compensation:

$85,600.00 - $149,400.00 USDThis role is eligible for Commission.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
