Now Hiring: Paralegal

Cullman, AL | In-PersonSalary Range: $55,449-$59,101

Hankey Law Firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys in Family Law, Litigation, Real Estate, and Estate Planning. We are looking for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal documents
  • Manage case files, calendars, and court filings
  • Assist with discovery, trial preparation, and legal research
  • Coordinate communications with clients, courts, and outside parties
  • Support residential and commercial real estate transactions
  • Prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies
  • 2+ years of paralegal experience
  • Experience in litigation, family law, real estate, and/or estate planning
  • Real estate closing experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Experience with Clio, Alacourt, AlaFile, and Microsoft Office preferred
