Description/Comment:    
Commercial paralegal needed to assist with drafting agreements, meeting with clients and general commercial transactional work.
Candidate Responsibilities
Candidate should be comfortable with making collection calls. Position will be based solely around that.
Typical Day    
Contacting outside attorney and completing packages for the attorney to take to court. Documentation preparation includes reviewing complaints, money judgments, settlement documents, proof of claim from bankruptcy courts

Qualifications

Technical Skills Required    
Previous paralegal work at least a year with experience in civil law, intermediate writing skills.
Certification as a paralegal or an experience legal admin.
Ideally they would have some finance experience.
