Job description

Position - Learning Analytics & Quality Lead

Location:  Remote west coast area( Okay to work in PST time zone)

Duration: 8-12+ months, Long Term

Client is seeking a Learning Analytics & Quality Lead to work on the Legal Learning team. This role is to partner closely with our Legal Learning team and internal stakeholders to execute our course delivery quality assurance program, manage our complex reporting needs, perform internal and external audit-related support and execute our dashboard strategy. This is a challenging role for someone who enjoys

both strategic and tactical work seeks to drive and optimize processes and is passionate about scaling learning and development at a large enterprise level.

The ideal candidate will:

•  Be very detail-oriented, data-driven, accurate and customer-focused who can pivot priorities based on changing business needs

•  Apply analytical and critical thinking skills quickly and accurately in high-pressure situations

•  Be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working within the context of a new team in the process of building out an operations program

•  Operate independently in fast-moving, stressful situations while managing mission-critical tasks

•  Be able to handle multiple projects/report requests simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet competing deadlines

•  Provide clear and constant communication and escalate issues in a timely manner

•  Anticipate needs before being asked, identify opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies

•  Have a strong background and extensive experience in improving processes and course delivery at an enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

•  Oversee weekly Control Self-Assessment (CSA)  reporting, e.g., enrollment validation, past due reporting   

•  Create and manage quality assurance program and support course delivery improvement related projects and tasks as required 

•  Complete technical specification documents with detailed steps taken to complete reporting requests

•  Support the execution of all learning related audit control testing and support any operational audit initiatives 

•  Develop and complete quality assurance process for courses being deployed and for existing audit and company mandatory courses 

•  Gather course stakeholder dashboard requirements, plan dashboard delivery and work with the Legal Data Team to create dashboards

•  Work with Data Team to complete audit reporting data pull requests and related technical specification documents

•  Drive the execution of all learning related audit control testing and support any operational audit initiatives 

•  Complete quality assurance on dashboards for functionality and data integrity

•  Manage course audit and audit reporting requests  

•  Work with Legal Data, People Operations, Engineering and People Insights teams to complete reporting projects or troubleshooting

•  Participate in assigned XFN Teams and work with Legal Data, People Operations, Engineering (Eng), People Insights, and team reporting

•  Execute Legal Learning Dashboard strategy for Managers, Legal Stakeholders and XFN partners

•  Track and report course key metrics and performance measures to key stakeholder as required

•  Complete weekly project updates on Ops P3 (Smartsheets). 

•  Validate Operations dashboard with Legal Data Team 

•  Lead Reporting & Quality Analyst

•  Review and sign off on ad-hoc report requests

Minimum Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree or 7 years of related experience

•  5+ Years analytical and data reporting experience

•  3+ years of leading a team

•  3+ years of dashboard development experience

•  Strong experience with Learning Management Systems, Google cloud applications, and Microsoft Office

•  Solid analytical and data reporting experience

•  Experience working cross-functionally with various seniority levels and teams

•  Strong and effective in written, verbal, and presentation skills

•  Excellent Excel experience (VLookups, Pivot Table, Formulas, Macros, etc)

•  Standard procedure and process documentation

Preferred Qualifications

•  5+ Cornerstone (CSOD) LMS Administrator experience

•  Experience in Learning & Development, Legal Training Operations, or HR / Human Capital Consulting

•  Experience working with or in support of global, inclusive, and diverse communities

•  Experience using Salesforce
