• Conduct remote counseling sessions with clients via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort.
• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Deliver individual and group therapy addressing a variety of mental health issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance use disorders.
• Document client interactions and therapy progress meticulously, following ethical and legal standards to uphold the integrity of client care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists and social workers—to deliver comprehensive treatment plans that ensure holistic support for clients.
• Stay informed on the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health counseling to continuously enhance your skills and service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including supervision sessions and team meetings, to foster a culture of learning and growth.
• Demonstrate empathy, cultural competence, and active listening skills in every interaction with clients to build a trusting therapeutic alliance.

Your clientele will encompass individuals from a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and presenting concerns. • Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside active listening proficiency.

• Commitment to adhere to state and federal telehealth regulations.

• Experience managing a caseload in a community health clinic or similar setting, particularly in remote environments.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or mindfulness practices.
• Background in working with underserved populations or individuals facing social and economic challenges.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
