Position Overview

Together & Strong Counseling is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and families.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) based on comprehensive assessments.
• Consistently monitor and evaluate service outcomes, collaborating closely with team members to adjust strategies as necessary.
• Develop rapport and foster trust with children and their families, creating a supportive environment for growth and learning.
• Deliver family support services focused on enhancing child development and addressing specific family priorities and concerns.
• Utilize evidence-based practices within the Natural Learning Environment practices framework to guide intervention methods.
• Comply with all Federal and State regulations while ensuring health and safety standards are upheld.
• Provide training and resources to families, equipping them with vital skills and strategies conducive to positive developmental outcomes.
• Employ a coaching model to facilitate effective learning and development in natural settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays, aiming to support their growth in key areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Your assessments and interventions will be crucial in providing early intervention services, helping families navigate the challenges they encounter while fostering their children's development.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.
• At least one year of relevant experience working with young children and families in early intervention settings.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to different learning styles and environments to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills that foster collaboration and teamwork.
• Commitment to best practices in early intervention and natural learning environments.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to foster better communication with diverse client populations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in coaching families in early intervention strategies.
• Familiarity with federal and state regulations governing early childhood services.
• Background in training or workshops that support the development of children with special needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
