Account Manager, Law Firm Referrals (Remote)

Ovation Law Firm

Remote

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO

Posted 18 days ago

Job description

This position is only available to residents of Georgia, Florida, Ohio, Arizona and Utah.
About Us
Ovation Law Firm is building a national personal injury firm focused on operational excellence, speed, and client outcomes. We believe exceptional legal representation starts long before litigation - it starts with world-class marketing, intake, operations, and partnerships. We're building every function with long-term scale in mind, and we're looking for people who want to help build something exceptional, not simply maintain it.
About The Role
Ovation Law Firm is building one of the fastest-growing personal injury firms in the country, and we're looking for an Account Manager to own and strengthen our referral partner network.
This is not an account management role where you simply maintain relationships. You'll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, managing, and optimizing our law firm referral partners while ensuring every client receives exceptional representation. You'll work directly with firm leadership, operations, intake, and our attorney partners to maximize client outcomes and continually improve the performance of our referral network.
If you're analytical, proactive, relationship-driven, and thrive in fast-moving environments where ownership matters, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
  • Source and evaluate potential referral partners, assessing fit with Ovation's business model and client needs.
Lead the onboarding process for new partners, educating them on Ovation's underwriting standards, referral model, and operating expectations.
  • Own the ongoing management of our referral partner portfolio, monitoring performance, responsiveness, client outcomes, and operational metrics.
  • Build trusted relationships while holding partners accountable to agreed-upon performance standards.
  • Work closely with Intake, Operations, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure smooth case routing, timely communication, and exceptional client experiences.
  • Monitor case progression, partner decisions, and operational performance to identify risks before they become problems.
  • Analyze referral data, identify trends, and recommend improvements that increase conversion, client satisfaction, and revenue.
  • Continuously improve systems, processes, reporting, and partner performance through critical thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Help expand Ovation's national referral network as we continue to grow into new markets.

Why This Role Matters
Our referral partners directly impact client outcomes, brand reputation, and revenue. This role ensures every client who isn't handled internally is placed with the right law firm, receives outstanding representation, and experiences the same level of care they expect from Ovation. You'll become the trusted owner of one of the firm's most important relationships while helping build the operational infrastructure that supports our continued national expansion.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will:
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with referral partners.
  • Improve partner responsiveness, communication, and operational performance.
  • Identify opportunities to increase referral quality and signed case volume.
  • Continuously improve processes that reduce friction for both clients and partners.
  • Be viewed as the subject matter expert for Ovation's referral partner network.
  • Help expand and scale one of the highest-performing referral programs in the industry.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years managing strategic accounts, partnerships, client relationships, or operational programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify opportunities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and spreadsheets to manage relationships and performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable making independent decisions while collaborating across multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within legal, healthcare, professional services, or other relationship-driven industries.
  • Personal injury or legal operations experience.
  • Experience working in high-growth organizations.
  • Experience building or improving operational processes.

Our Core Values
Relentless Problem Solvers
We don't stop at obstacles. We think critically, act decisively, and find solutions that create meaningful outcomes for our clients and our team.
Pursuit of Excellence
Excellence is our standard-not our goal. From communication to execution, we hold ourselves accountable to exceptional quality in everything we do.
Extreme Ownership
We take full responsibility for our actions, results, and commitments. We follow through without excuses and treat every client, relationship, and decision as if it were our own.
Driven by Passion
We bring energy, purpose, and heart into our work every day. Our passion fuels exceptional client experiences, strengthens our culture, and drives continuous improvement.
What We Offer
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance benefits.
  • Paid time off (PTO).
  • Opportunity to directly influence the growth and success of a rapidly expanding law firm.
  • Long-term growth opportunities within a fast-growing organization.

Work Location
This is a fully remote position open only to candidates residing in Georgia, Florida, Ohio, Arizona or Utah.
