Requirements

 Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Sales Manager in the territory of Eastern Tennessee.  The role involves managing and expanding relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and providing excellent customer support. The Territory Sales Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to align goals and ensure customer satisfaction.  The role requires daily face-to-face meetings across the assigned territory, and up to 50% overnight travel. 
Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other business software
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in kitchen & bath or flooring industry sales environment is a plus
