Are you an experienced transactional attorney ready to take your career to the next level? Direct Counsel is partnering with an Am Law 200 law firm seeking a bilingual English/Spanish attorney to join its fast-growing agribusiness transactional group. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated cross-border business transactions between the U.S. and Mexico.


What You’ll Do:

  • Advise clients on complex cross-border business transactions

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of business agreements

  • Collaborate with a respected team of attorneys across practice areas

  • Provide legal insight to a diverse agribusiness client base (no prior agribusiness experience required)

  • Occasionally travel to Nogales, AZ (for remote-based attorneys)


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in transactional/business law

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required

  • Licensed to practice in Arizona OR willing to obtain Arizona Bar admission within one year
