This position offers a remote work setting where you will conduct counseling sessions through our telehealth platform. • Manage a varied caseload of clients, fostering rapport and maintaining appropriate professional boundaries throughout the counseling process.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and plan for future appointments or discharge when suitable.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including progress notes and assessments, to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client's mental health history and current needs.
• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions as requested, utilizing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic approaches.
• Engage in regular individual supervision, sustaining a focus on professional growth and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes and ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Our patient population primarily includes adults and children facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your work will specifically focus on providing compassionate care to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. By utilizing innovative therapeutic methods, you will play a significant role in transforming their lives and supporting their journeys towards recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• An unrestricted and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience within an outpatient mental health setting.
• Proficiency in using technology, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and communication platforms like Outlook.
• Hands-on experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Skilled in conducting intake assessments and formulating individualized treatment approaches.

• Experience with telehealth services and virtual therapy modalities.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic frameworks and approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Previous work in integrated care settings or collaboration with other healthcare providers.
