Key Responsibilities
  • Build rapport with clients by establishing a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship that encourages open communication.
  • Utilize clinical skills to conduct assessments, diagnose mental health disorders, and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual needs.
  • Facilitate counseling sessions with individuals and couples, using a variety of therapeutic techniques that ensure effective treatment.
  • Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up appointments, adjusting treatment plans based on evolving needs and outcomes.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluations of client concerns, ensuring an adaptive approach to therapy that responds to real-time feedback.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals and specialists, making referrals as necessary to ensure comprehensive client support.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with all ethical and legal standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related disorders. By implementing your specialized knowledge in marriage and family therapy, you will empower your clients to develop healthy coping strategies and build stronger interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications
  • A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques relevant to mental health therapy.
  • Strong communication, listening, and empathy skills to effectively connect with clients and assist them across their therapeutic journey.
  • A commitment to continual professional development and adherence to ethical practices.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialized training in addiction counseling or experience working with substance use disorders, as many of our clients face these challenges.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and digital communication tools effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
