You will set the tone for their journey by providing compassion, active listening, and exceptional customer service during critical moments. No prior customer service experience? No problem! We provide fully paid training to set you up for success.Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls and live transfers from prospective clients with professionalism and care. Accurately collect and document claim details using structured scripts and digital intake forms.Guide sensitive conversations with empathy, patience, and clear communication.
