The Grace Behavioral Health Center in Memphis, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. • Conduct initial intake assessments to determine clients' mental health concerns and treatment requirements.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are responsive to the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, while staying updated on the latest advancements in counseling methodologies.
• Engage clients in therapy sessions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment to encourage open dialogue.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to promote optimal healing and outcome achievement.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals for referrals and integrated care approaches when needed.
• Document client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately to comply with organizational standards and regulations.

You will primarily work with a range of clients, including adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Your role will involve addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship difficulties. It is essential to approach each case with cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients.

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Proven ability to tailor treatment solutions based on individual client needs and preferences.
• Commitment to continual professional development and staying informed about industry best practices.

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings is preferred.
• Prior involvement with therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.
• Experience in a telehealth capacity is a plus, as adapting to remote therapy practices is essential in this role.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members. Our benefits package includes:
