Greystone Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our virtual counseling team. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while benefiting from the dynamic community support that Greystone Counseling Center provides. You will be equipped with modern technology and resources necessary for effective teletherapy and record-keeping.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ individual treatment needs and motivations.
• Develop customized therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that encourage engagement and foster healing.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest research in mental health.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing various challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. You will engage with clients from all walks of life, adapting your therapeutic style to meet their unique needs and backgrounds. Your work will directly contribute to improving their quality of life and emotional resilience, helping them achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of three years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to client care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Experience in collaborative teamwork within a healthcare setting is essential.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly desirable.
• Previous experience providing services in a community mental health setting.
• Demonstrated understanding of socioeconomic factors impacting mental health.

We offer a competitive yearly salary of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload capabilities.
