Job description

Robert Half is seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Specialists to join a growing lead qualification team. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced call center environment, communicate professionally, and are comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.


We are hiring 20-30 Call Center Specialists, with training classes beginning as soon as September 8! This position offers performance-based earning potential and an opportunity to transition into a permanent role.


LOCATION REQUIREMENT

Candidates must currently live in Kentucky.


PAY & INCENTIVES

  • Starting pay: $15.00/hour
  • Opportunity to earn up to $2.00 more per hour based on successful performance metrics
  • Quarterly bonus opportunities

WORK FROM HOME

This is a 100% remote position. Candidates must have their own equipment and a reliable work-from-home setup.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Call Center Agent, you will work with a lead qualification call center, speaking with customers and helping qualify leads.

• Support operational updates, including changes to tools or processes, as assigned within daily responsibilities.

• Previous experience in call center customer service or a similar customer-facing support role.

• Ability to manage outbound calls effectively while maintaining a calm and attentive demeanor.

• Working knowledge of customer service software and general office applications.

• Basic office skills, including data entry, recordkeeping, and written documentation.

• Familiarity with Ethernet or related technical connectivity concepts is preferred.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and accurately.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a structured environment.
