At go-live, you'll be highly visible onsite, driving execution and ensuring teams are equipped to succeed. After each go-live, the Implementation Manager will oversee a comprehensive handoff to the Production Support team, ensuring a successful transition of support for the hospital.

The Implementation Manager will supervise performance of all analysts on their team, which is comprised of the applications in their domain (Revenue Cycle).  As a leader, you'll not only deliver implementations, but also shape best practices and elevate team performance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Epic Revenue Cycle implementations, including planning, design, build, testing, go-live, and stabilization
  • Serve as the primary implementation leader for assigned hospitals, ensuring successful delivery of all milestones
  • Partner with finance, patient access, HIM, and revenue cycle leadership to align workflows and system design
  • Drive alignment of workflows to support billing accuracy, cash flow optimization, and revenue integrity
  • Lead and mentor Revenue Cycle application analysts, fostering accountability and development
  • Ensure consistency between enterprise standards and hospital-specific workflows
  • Oversee go-live execution, providing onsite leadership and rapid issue resolution
  • Identify risks that may impact financial or operational performance and proactively mitigate them
  • Coordinate and lead the transition to Production Support, ensuring a seamless handoff
