Education and/or Experience
Associate’s Degree in accounting/business administration or 5 years of applicable accounting and bookkeeping experience. Direct customer service experience is desirable.
Compensation
$65,000-$80,000 annually based on experience and competency
Benefits package including health care, dental, 401k match.
Job Knowledge – Core Competencies and Expectations
Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger,
and financial reports. Jonas software experience preferred. As a representative of the Club, exceptional customer service to members, guests, vendors, and employees is expected.
Job Tasks/Duties
*Maintain vendor invoices and log into correct account
*Prepare weekly check run for vendor payments
*Maintain member billing and payments
*Prepare monthly statements
*Maintain past due member accounts
*Prepare deposits
*Prepare monthly financial reports for EB and Committee Chairs
*Maintain employee time, attendance, and leave records. Input payroll 2 times a month
*Keep Simple IRA accounts up to date
*Maintain office filing system
*Answer all member-related calls and inquiries
*Work with the membership chair to add or resign members
Physical Demands and Work Environment
*Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand, and lift up to 20 pounds
*Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
