Join Our Team as a Commercial HVAC Technician!

Breakthrough Service is on the hunt for skilled and dedicated Residential, Light Commercial, and Commercial HVAC Technicians to join our growing team. If you have a solid background in commercial HVAC systems, top-notch diagnostic abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!


In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in various commercial buildings.


What You'll Do:

  • Install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in commercial properties.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Interpret and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals on HVAC projects and installations.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and questions professionally and promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, technologies, and best practices.


What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in HVAC is preferred.
  • Valid HVAC technician license or certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
