Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team! 

As the receptionist for our busy HVAC office, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, cold calling. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. English & Mandarin bilingual is mandatory.


Responsibilities 
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Calling potential leads from social media
  • Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their visit
Qualifications
  • Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
  • Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
