YOUR LIFE AS AN HVAC RECEPTIONIST
As an HVAC Receptionist, you answer, screen, and direct calls on a multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner. As needed, you take messages and forward telephone calls to the appropriate employees, voice mail, or pager. You also warmly greet all in-person visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate employee or location. Handling all correspondence, you take care of mail, packages, and faxing as well as other office duties such as photocopying and filing. You order supplies, arrange equipment maintenance, maintain meeting room reservations, prepare catering schedules, and keep the reception area organized. You also handle some financial work as you input daily deposits, assist with purchasing, and assist with accounts receivable. Your professionalism, customer service, and office admin skills keep our operations running seamlessly!
