Job Summary: The director of sales at an HR consulting firm is a senior‐level executive responsible for leading the sales department to achieve revenue goals. This leadership position develops sales strategies and manages a team of sales managers and representatives, focusing on growing the firm's client base of businesses that need human resources solutions. Strategic Planning and Business Development Create strategic sales plans: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and expand the firm's market share.

Drive new business: Identify new business opportunities and new clients through networking, prospecting, and organic growth.
