This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home and create your own schedule. As part of a fully remote team, you will utilize state-of-the-art digital platforms, ensuring seamless communication and engagement with your clients.

As a Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting compassionate and ethical one-on-one counseling sessions via video conferencing.
• Employing evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Creating personalized treatment plans that address the specific mental health needs and goals of your clients.
• Fostering a safe therapeutic environment where clients can explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences.
• Regularly monitoring client progress and collaborating with them to develop healthy coping strategies.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation related to client care while minimizing administrative workload.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who experience a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Your role will involve empowering clients to recognize their strengths and enhance their quality of life through effective therapeutic interventions.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Possession of a current and unrestricted license to practice independently, including one of the following: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• No limited or provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions on your professional record.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a genuine empathy towards clients and their mental health journeys.
• Proficient in navigating digital platforms and software for telehealth delivery.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:

• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations in a telehealth format.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Experience with the administrative aspects of counseling practice, including billing and documentation processes.
