• Conduct ethical and empathetic individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video conferencing.
• Employ solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs and mental health issues.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate their goals and aspirations.
• Facilitate insights by guiding clients to explore their emotions, behaviors, and relationships, promoting self-awareness.
• Monitor and assess client progress, ensuring adjustments are made to treatment plans as needed to enhance coping strategies.
• Work collaboratively with a team of licensed professionals to share insights and implement best practices in therapy.

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who seek assistance with a variety of mental health challenges. These may range from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. Our focus is on empowering clients to build resilience and develop long-lasting coping mechanisms, improving their overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of an active and valid license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must have no disciplinary actions against their license.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a compassionate demeanor that fosters open dialogue with clients.
• Proficiency in technology and strong computer literacy to navigate our digital platform effectively.

A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling is required. Experience in a community health setting or with diverse populations is highly valued, as is familiarity with remote therapeutic practices.
