In this fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home or any other location of your choice. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Embrace solution-based treatment modalities to provide effective therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans, outlining clear goals and strategies to facilitate the client’s journey toward improved mental health.
• Help clients gain insights into their feelings, experiences, and interpersonal relationships, enhancing their self-awareness and coping skills.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, fostering a transparent and collaborative therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking assistance for a range of mental health issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently without supervision, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must not have any disciplinary actions against their professional licensing.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy.
• Proficiency in using technology and a strong commitment to computer literacy.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, those with additional experience in therapeutic settings or specialized knowledge in specific populations or disorders are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 110,000, depending on your schedule and billed hours. Additionally, you will receive:
