Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, employing tailored approaches that align with each client's unique needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to analyze clients' mental health challenges and strengths, paving the way for effective treatment planning.
  • Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans, utilizing methodologies that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, progress, and interventions in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
  • Engage in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure a continuum of care, including referrals to specialty services as needed.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Therapist at Allegiance Behavioral Health LLC, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
  • A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health or clinical settings, demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques.
