Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to determine clients' mental health status and history of substance abuse.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the specific needs of your clients.
• Support client families by educating them on the recovery process and encouraging their involvement in treatment plans.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to client care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The client base consists mainly of pre-screened individuals exhibiting low acuity mental health concerns. This role specifically focuses on adolescents and young adults, allowing you to engage in significant therapeutic relationships within a demographic that greatly benefits from early intervention and ongoing support. You will utilize your expertise to foster healing and progress, contributing positively to their lives through evidence-based therapies.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in technology, capable of efficiently using telehealth systems and electronic health records (EHRs).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills essential for effective interactions with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with telehealth therapy, particularly with adolescents and young adults, is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competency in therapeutic settings.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development related to our specific treatment frameworks, referred to as care pathways.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
