Description
Seeking career-oriented REMOTE Medicare Sales Agents to join our exciting and energetic Medicare Sales team! Licensed Agents will drive Medicare sales by taking calls and using a consultative sales approach to quote and enroll individuals based on their unique healthcare needs. This Medicare Sales Agent position is an inside sales role offering a very competitive base hourly wage plus bonuses, flexible hours, paid time off and a full benefits package. Excellent opportunity for individuals seeking career growth or leadership role. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, sales-driven professional with experience selling a variety of Medicare products through multiple carriers.
Responsibilities:
  • Take inbound calls from potential clients to enroll in Medicare plans
  • Explain the benefits and features of the various Medicare and ancillary products available
  • Qualify, educate and enroll individuals into Medicare plans that meets their needs
  • Enroll clients based on compliance and training requirements to sell appropriate products
  • Help clients with questions regarding Medicare products
  • Navigate through multiple system applications to fulfill consumer requests, research inquiries, create leads for follow up and update consumer information
  • Understand and adhere to all company, carrier, and/or CMS related policies and procedures.
  • Driven by making sales and not afraid to "ask" for the sale

Requirements:
  • Must possess Active Health Insurance Sales License
  • Previous Medicare Sales experience REQUIRED
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate well with clients at all levels
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to stay confident in high stress/high activity work environment
  • Ability to explain/articulate complex insurance programs to callers in ways that are clear and concise
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems at one time while talking on the phone

Salary: $60,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year
