• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via our secure online platform, ensuring a comforting and professional environment.
• Assess client needs through initial consultations and ongoing evaluations to develop customized treatment plans tailored to their mental health goals.
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, utilizing data and feedback to adapt interventions and enhance effectiveness.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records following ethical standards, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with other mental health professionals, enhancing the holistic care provided to clients when necessary.
• Uphold the highest ethical practices during therapy sessions, ensuring clients feel safe, respected, and heard.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experience a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management. • A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including qualifications such as:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Proven experience in providing individual therapy, demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques.
• Familiarity and comfort with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, vital for building rapport with clients.
• Ability to function independently while embracing teamwork when necessary.

• A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred, highlighting advanced clinical training.
• Experience utilizing specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy enhances your application.
• Prior experience in a remote healthcare setting is beneficial as it demonstrates adaptability to this unique work environment.
