As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Renew You Therapy, you will operate in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility in scheduling and work-life balance. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to assess clients' mental health status and tailored needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on established therapeutic goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions primarily to adult clients, employing evidence-based and solution-focused therapy techniques.
• Utilize teletherapy technology to facilitate virtual sessions, ensuring clients receive consistent support no matter their location.
• Respond to crisis situations as needed, offering immediate intervention strategies to manage acute mental health needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to remain current with best practices and evolving standards in the mental health field.

Our diverse client base includes adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Therapists are encouraged to develop their areas of specialty while benefiting from an abundance of referrals, which can accelerate client base growth and allow them to focus on meaningful client interactions.

• A valid and current license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
• Compassionate presence with an emphasis on empathy and a non-judgmental attitude in therapeutic encounters.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a caseload effectively.
• A clean professional history with no disciplinary actions.

Candidates with at least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role will be preferred. Experience working in remote health care environments or utilizing teletherapy platforms is a significant asset that can enhance the applicant's candidacy.
