• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to discern patient needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals and groups.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering an environment of community and shared learning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
• Provide crisis intervention services for those experiencing mental health emergencies and immediate support needs.
• Educate patients about various mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participate in ongoing case consultations, team meetings, and professional development initiatives to enhance clinical skills.
• Stay informed regarding the latest research and advancements in therapeutic practices to provide the highest quality care.

The patients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, representing a wide range of mental health concerns. • Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.
• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and create effective treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Experience providing individual and group therapy to diverse populations.
• Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships.
• Strong adherence to professional ethics and sound judgment in practice.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Previous experience in an outpatient community health setting preferred.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and their application in real-world settings.
• Experience working with telehealth platforms and remote patient engagement.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic methods are advantageous.

Paragon Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
