Position Overview

Paragon Behavioral Health Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. You will play an essential role in providing high-quality mental health services to a diverse patient population, enhancing their well-being through personalized and evidence-based interventions. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to discern patient needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals and groups.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering an environment of community and shared learning.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
  • Provide crisis intervention services for those experiencing mental health emergencies and immediate support needs.

  • Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches.
