Job Description

  • Responsible for obtaining referrals from each patients’ primary care physician (PCP) office for all scheduled visits as well as verifying current insurance
  • Obtains referrals for office visits for all locations
  • Coordinate and schedule all incoming referrals
  • Routinely checks physicians’ schedules for any additional add-on appointments requiring referrals
  • Serves as a cardiology representative to referring physician offices, insurance carriers and patients
  • Ability to communicate with billing department Aegis as needed
  • Collaborate with the PSR department to ensure all referrals are facilitated

Qualifications

  • Min 1 year face to face customer service experine
  • Can come from a retail background
  • Perfect candidate looking to grow / start their career in the healthcare field
  • High School Diploma required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Golden, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
