Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
• Create tailored treatment plans based on individual goals, fostering a collaborative approach with clients to empower them in their healing journey.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques.
• Deliver virtual therapy through teletherapy systems, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients connecting from home.
• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, responding to urgent client needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of contemporary mental health practices and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse clientele includes adults facing a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Demonstrate compassion and a non-judgmental attitude in every interaction.
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills to handle multiple clients efficiently.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with experience in community health settings or working with diverse populations will be given priority. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems is also advantageous and preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefit package includes:
