Job description

Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group is partnering with a leading, high-growth technology company to identify a Technical Recruiter.This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative recruiting function supporting innovative software and cloud-based product development. The Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of mid-level technical roles, including software engineers, cloud engineers, and other technical professionals. This individual will work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract and hire top-tier talent in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting, from requisition intake through offer negotiation and acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers across technical teams to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for mid-level technical positions
  • Maintain an average requisition load of up to 10 roles at a time (may fluctuate)
  • Collaborate with the broader recruiting team while focusing specifically on mid-level technical hiring
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR Business Partners
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
  • Navigate and adapt to evolving processes in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles
  • Proven experience recruiting for software, cloud, or engineering positions
  • Experience working in a corporate recruiting environment (agency background combined with corporate experience is acceptable)
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and acting as a trusted advisor
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments
