You will engage in both individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring that you maintain strong therapeutic relationships despite geographical distances. • Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances and objectives.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals as well as group therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of each client.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and clinical case managers to provide comprehensive care, actively participating in treatment team meetings to coordinate client progress.
• Educate and involve clients’ families in the treatment process, fostering an understanding of mental health and promoting their vital role in supporting recovery.
• Continuously update and maintain detailed, confidential client records in alignment with ethical codes and state regulations, ensuring quality assurance in documentation practices.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from varying cultural backgrounds and those facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your capacity to adapt interventions to fit the diverse backgrounds of clients will be invaluable in fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on mental health counseling.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, showcasing specialized training or skills in the field.
• Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based practices for treating various mental health conditions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to create rapport with clients and work effectively within a treatment team.

• Experience in providing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Background in community mental health settings or similar environments where integrated care models are employed.
• Skill in working with specific populations, including children, adolescents, or individuals with co-occurring disorders.

• Competitive annual salary range of USD 60,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
