• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring that you gather relevant information that informs treatment planning.
• Develop clear and effective individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, routinely assessing their progress and making necessary adjustments to facilitate their journey towards recovery.

In this role, you will primarily serve students and their families within a school environment, addressing a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will be instrumental in creating strategies to support students' emotional well-being and academic success, providing a crucial link between mental health services and educational achievements.

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport with diverse clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their mental health challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing a caseload while completing necessary administrative tasks efficiently.

• Experience working with school-aged children and families, preferably within a therapeutic or counseling capacity.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for addressing trauma, anxiety, and depression among clients in an educational context.
• Prior experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is a plus, as it will enhance your effectiveness in this position.
