  • Establish reporting timelines, data submission standards, and communication protocols
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of all reporting inputs
  • Maintain documentation, data definitions, and governance models
Performance Reporting & Insights

  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks—and partner with stakeholders to resolve them
  • Analyze trends and deliver actionable insights for leadership decision-making
  • Create executive-level reports and presentations that translate data into clear, compelling narratives
Program Management & Execution
  • Build and manage reporting cadences, checkpoints, and working sessions
  • Track dependencies, deliverables, and action items across teams
  • Proactively identify risks and escalate with recommended solutions
  • Continuously improve reporting processes, data quality, and measurement strategies
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Drive alignment across global stakeholders without direct authority
  • Partner closely with Finance, Marketing, Analytics, and Strategy teams
  • Facilitate working sessions to solve challenges and maintain momentum
What You Bring
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or marketing operations
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder reporting processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate meaningful insights
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Experience with marketing performance metrics, ROI analysis, and executive reporting
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and reporting
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale marketing programs, sponsorships, or global events
  • Background working in global, matrixed organizations
  • Familiarity with marketing measurement frameworks, attribution models, and ROI methodologies
Why This Role?
  • Work on a globally recognized sports partnership tied to FIFA
  • Gain exposure to senior leadership and high-impact decision-making
  • Help shape the reporting infrastructure for a major, ongoing marketing investment
  • Fully remote flexibility with a competitive hourly rate
