Red Bull New York ("RBNY") are one of 30 teams in Major League Soccer (MLS) and one of the league's ten original charter clubs. Founded in 1996, RBNY has competed in MLS since its inception. RBNY's First Team plays its home matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, New Jersey and its Second Team plays its home matches at Montclair State University. RBNY are owned by the Austrian beverage company Red Bull GmbH, after which the team is named.

RBNY's First Team is a three-time MLS Supporters' Shield winner and a two-time Conference Champion, while the Second Team is the 2025 MLS NEXT Pro Champion. RBNY also operates one of the nation's premier youth soccer development programs, spanning local partnerships across New York and New Jersey. RBNY's Academy is ranked among the top development organizations in the country.

Position Summary

In this position, you will support ticketing operations for the FIFA World Cup Fan Zone at Sports Illustrated Stadium. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while assisting fans with ticket purchases, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth fan experience on event days.

Must be available to work events from June 12th to July 18th - days and hours are based on Fan Zone scheduling

Job Description

Available to work for the full duration of the FIFA World Cup Fan Zone (5 weeks from June 12th through July 18th), including nights, weekends, and available to work 12+ hour shifts

Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently, and be computer proficient to access/update customer records

Maintain a positive, outgoing demeanor, adhering to the core expectations of our team at all times, and possess the ability to work as part of a team and get along with coworkers

Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment and during stressful situations

Willing and comfortable working part of the daily shift outdoors in various weather conditions in June/July

Personable and proactive in assisting all guests with the highest level of customer service

Qualifications

Experience working in a ticket office for a major sporting event, team, or venue

Previous experience working in hospitality, sales, or in a call center

Bilingual is a plus, but not necessary

Knowledge of various ticketing programs

Additional Information

Because of the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, your assigned hours may vary to reflect our needs (includes nights and weekends).

The hourly rate for this position is $16/ hour. The hourly rate is subject to change and may be modified.
