About the role

We're looking for a client-focused and solutions-drivenBusiness Solutions Consultant to help lead the successful delivery of Jesta I.S.'s cloud-based ERP solutions for enterprise retail and supply chain clients.

In this role, you'll partner directly with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, design scalable ERP solutions, and guide clients through implementation and transformation initiatives. You'll play a key role in driving solution quality, building trusted client relationships, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ERP consultant who enjoys solving complex business challenges, leading functional discussions, and making a measurable impact in fast-paced retail and supply chain environments.


Responsibilities

  • Lead business process analysis and requirements gathering with client stakeholders
  • Design, document, and validate functional ERP solutions aligned with business needs and best practices
  • Facilitate functional workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations
  • Configure ERP functionality and validate outcomes within agreed project scope
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, data teams, and product teams
  • Support integrations, data validation, system testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities
  • Identify risks, gaps, and change impacts, and propose solutions or escalate when needed
  • Prepare client documentation, training materials, and support knowledge transfer
  • Act as a trusted functional advisor to clients and mentor junior consultants


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, business analysis, or enterprise systems implementation
  • Strong experience in retail, wholesale, or supply chain business processes
  • Proven ability to lead client-facing workshops and functional discussions
  • Experience producing functional requirements, solution designs, and process documentation
  • Understanding of ERP integrations, data flows, and testing processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a project-based environment
  • Comfort working with cloud-based ERP platforms and modern digital tools
  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools to support analysis and documentation

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

Nice to Have

  • Experience with large-scale or multi-stream ERP implementations
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and/or data validation (read-only)
  • Proficiency in French is considered an asset
