Project Manager/Consultant - ERP & Enterprise Systems
Location: Remote (Denver, CO)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Type of Contract: Temporary with the possibility of extension
Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with expertise in ERP implementations, enterprise systems, and business process automation. In this role, you will partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver technology projects that improve business operations. You will lead projects from planning through implementation, translating business requirements into technical solutions while managing scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
Responsabilities and duties
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects, including ERP implementations and enterprise system integrations.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and development teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project progress, monitor KPIs, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Ensure projects align with enterprise technology standards and architectural guidelines.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing ERP implementations, enterprise system integrations, or business process automation projects.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, data mapping, and system validation.
  • Strong Knowledge of enterprise financial systems (ERP/EPM).
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts, including General Ledger (GL), Journal Entries, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira.
  • Familiarity with database architecture and enterprise application environments.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification is a plus.
