Responsibilities

The Oracle ERP Analyst III is instrumental in managing medium complexity projects/tasks and collaborates closely with team members in the analysis, design, validation, testing, and implementation of new and existing application systems utilized within InnovAge entities. This pivotal role involves engaging with the user community to identify and resolve business-impacting technical issues, application performance-related challenges, and supporting optimization and enhancement initiatives. Must demonstrate a deep understanding of Oracle ERP systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness in financial applications and processes.

  • Investigate end-user preferences to inform design decisions aligned with the organizational and user community needs, while considering various application specifications.
  • Provide support for technical requirement gathering and system implementation for both current and future state financial applications, actively engaging business users and crafting comprehensive design documents.
  • Ensure successful implementation of technical requirements across integration, reporting, and data conversion, while adhering to industry best practices.
  • Facilitate end-to-end testing during project phases, including testing of technical objects, reviewing, and addressing technical defects, and collaborating with developers to ensure solutions meet business requirements prior to review with business owners.
  • Collaborate with vendors and business owners to facilitate requirement gathering meetings, project-related communication, and system integration testing.
  • Exhibit a strong willingness to learn the intricacies of the InnovAge entities' business operations and the software utilized.
  • Manage multiple tasks concurrently, delivering high-quality results within stipulated deadlines.
  • Analyze business operations to inform design decisions, prioritize requested changes, and implement system enhancements effectively.
  • Gather information on potential system enhancement needs and assess new functionality to determine applicability, thoroughly testing each new release.
  • Engage with functional and technical teams through scheduled meetings, organizing sessions based on project needs and supported applications.
  • Develop Level of Effort estimates for assigned workloads and meticulously track actual time worked for accurate reporting.
  • Create clear and concise process flows and supporting documentation for business owners, ensuring comprehension and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Conduct analysis of workflows, data collection processes, report details, and other technical issues associated with assigned software/hardware under supervision.
  • Adhere to established standards for naming and numbering conventions, change control procedures, environment management, and security classifications.

Travel - less than 10% with planned travel to InnovAge corporate or related sites.

REQUIRED

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP financials configuration and design
  • 3+ yrs in a healthcare setting, physician practice, or hospital environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, particularly ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity with a proactive willingness to learn new applications, understand InnovAge Finance business processes, and consistently apply problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working on fast-paced system implementation-related projects.
  • Strong and consistent communication skills, both verbal and written.

PREFERRED

  • Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or equivalent professional experience.
