Responsibilities:- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR modules to meet client specifications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and improve system utilization.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion functionalities.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure software integrity.
