Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Functional Consultant

We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in the United States. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our human capital management systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our organization. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion will help enhance our HR processes, improve employee engagement, and contribute to a more efficient workflow.

Location: Remote (USA)

Employment Type: Contract (1099 / C2C)

Experience: 10+ Years

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR modules to meet client specifications.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and improve system utilization.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion functionalities.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure software integrity.
  • Assist in data migration and cleansing efforts during project phases.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HCM technologies.
