We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in the United States. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our human capital management systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our organization. Location: Remote (USA)

Employment Type: Contract (1099 / C2C)

Experience: 10+ Years

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR modules to meet client specifications.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and improve system utilization.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion functionalities.
