At PEMCO, we're all about people - our customers, our employees, and the community. We're a mutual insurance company owned by our Northwest policyholders. We provide auto, home, renters, and boat coverage. Recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Insurance Companies in both Auto and Home for 2025, based on customer survey feedback, and by Newsweek as one of America's Greatest Midsize Workplaces 2025. We are consistently recognized for our outstanding customer service, employee expertise, community partnerships, and social impact programs. All of which makes PEMCO a great place to work!
Our social impact programs motivate high achievement by youth in education; build stronger and greener communities; and increase safety at home, on the road, and at play. We're committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and to fostering an inspiring and inclusive workplace. These efforts create and cultivate an environment that builds fairness and understanding, encourages collaboration and flexibility, and celebrates all the ways in which we're different and the same - enabling all individuals to achieve their full potential.
Why We Need You:
We are seeking a Manager, Enterprise Resource Planning Applications, to join our community. This position leads business enablement for PEMCO's enterprise application portfolio, including Oracle Cloud (Financials, HCM, EPM, Analytics, Planning, Budgeting), and other SaaS platforms adopted by the business. The role is expected to proactively build out a roadmap with the stakeholders to align current and future-state capabilities and to identify opportunities before they are requested.
What You'll Bring
Effectively Serve as the business-facing leader for ERP, systems, building trusted relationships with Finance and HR business functions.
Drive a proactive partnership model with business stakeholders, identifying opportunities to better leverage existing ERP capabilities and translating business objectives into configurations, workflows, and process improvements.
Develop and maintain an ERP strategy and roadmap for each enterprise application, aligning business objectives with platform capabilities.
Provide functional expertise across Oracle Cloud modules (Financials, HCM, Analytics, Planning, Budgeting), and other enterprise platforms. This requires understanding the business processes these modules support, not just the technical configuration.
Work within a complex financial data ecosystem that includes mainframe systems, data warehouse layers, multiple integration pathways, and several reporting outputs. Sound platform decisions require understanding how data flows across these layers.
Establish governance for ERP, including security compliance, cost visibility, contract alignment, license tracking, and vendor renewal forecasting.
Manage vendor relationships for the owned application portfolio, including contract negotiations, service level management, and roadmap alignment.
Lead and develop a team of professionals responsible for enterprise application support, configuration, and business partnership.
Manage and coordinate IT audits (external and internal), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements including the Model Audit Rule (MAR). Maintain audit-ready documentation for all owned enterprise platforms.
Evaluate platform consolidation opportunities and drive continuous improvement across the application portfolio.
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with PEMCO's policies, values, code of ethics and business conduct.
Authentically support the PEMCO Brand and constantly are on the lookout for top talent to join us to achieve our Mission to Worry Less and Live More.
